I did a search on "HILIC" and got 4 pages of topics, including text mixes, determination of dead time, cleanup, and a wide range of applications:

There was a review article on HILIC by Irgum in the J. Sep. Sci. some 2 years ago. Over 200 references. Anything you ever wanted to know about HILIC...
