Hello all.
Which do you think would precipitate blood better, acetone or acetonitrile? I am screening for drugs of abuse and therapeutic drugs in postmortem specimens by UPLC/MS(TOF). Currently, we use an acetonitrile method and it works very well. I am researching other methods too.
