DMAE, SOD and CATALASE in cosmetics

Hi

I am looking for good conditions to cuantify superoxide reductase(SOD) and catalase in extramel by HPLC.
And can you analize dimethylamino ethanol(DMAE) by HPLC in cosmetics products?
