Perkin Elmer ATD

Anyone has experienced an error in the ATD saying "Elevator up"?
Anyone knows what I can do? Cheers

This is a common ATD-400 error. Take off the cover and check whether the elevator arm is bent. If it is you can usually straighten it by hand. If it is not bent, the elevator position sensors could be giving an incorrect signal, but that is much less likely and PerkinElmer would have to fix it.
