Can we replace the hplc method by FTNIR Method for quantification? if it can how it can be performed?

That depends entirely on what (and in what matrix) you are analyzing.

Do a search with keywords " multivariate analysis" and "FT NIR", you will get some idea how FT NIR (IR) quantitation works. You have to understand chemometrics and know to how to use some statistical ways (PCA, LSR, etc) and software. IMHO, it's the last resort I will seek.
