Area under peak

Can somebody tell me how to determine area under the peak? Is this area relative of run time?
Do you have a data system?
If so, what kind?
Do you want to do it manually?
Area is area. I'm not sure what you mean by "relative of run time". If you change something like flow rate, both the run time and the area will increase.
