I am interested in how many scientists work at the scale I am currently working at. I use prep columns with 50 x 250 mm ID, and commonly inject 1 - 4 grams of material (sometimes less, sometimes multiple injections of 4 grams). I am doing small molecule separations (300 - 800 AMU).
