replacement Anion exchange column for Pharmacia MONO Q

Could anyone recommend a replacement anion exchange column for our old(but usable) Pharmacia Mono Q HR 5/5. The column must be pH resistant (up to pH12) and be in glass or plastic as we are running NaCl gradients up to 1.4M at pH 10.5. The application is for low levels of oligonucleotides up to 30mers, detection by UV at 260nm.
