All,
I would like to know which detector is the best to measure NO in pure Oxygen. I need to measure ppm level.
I'm looking for a stand alone detector.

regards

Dany

Dany,

As in no chromatography?

Best regards.

maybe you can contact GOW-MAC corporation , they will provide deteail solution for your gas product analysis , i guess you need a GC with DID detector and He 6.0N as a carrier gas.should be easy

tigerk2001,

PID or argon ionization detector. NO has nice low ionization potential. You will get a quench of signal if you do not separate the NO from the O2. I have a customer who has done this application down to low ppb level with a GC separation.

Best regards.
