hi,

at our company, we have Drylab.
We use it very intensive when we are doing method development.
Its an excelent tool to fast find a method for difficult samples:
You setup 4 runs with a particular buffer and you know if its possible to separate your peaks of interest with that buffer, playing with organic phase/temperature.

No further waste of time by testing step gradients on the system, just put them in drylab en you can play with it.

Hope this helps you
