Benzyl alcohol analysis via HPLC

I know HPLC is NOT the ideal method for analysis of alcohols, but I was curious if anyone was aware of problems with using acidified solvents to analyze benzyl alcohol via RP-HPLC. Thanks.

Hi
u can use column ODS[C18],25cm, 5um
method of analysis:
mobile phase : mix 300ml Acetonitril + 700ml ammonium buffer soln. [0.2M] , adjust pH of this mix. to 5.5 and filter 0.45um membran
method parameter:
flow: 1ml/min
UV detector : 254 nm
temp.: 25Cْ
injection vol.: 20um
