Does anyone know of an idependent service agent for Waters HPLC equipment in the SF Bay Area?

Uh, by "independent", I think he meant "not affiliated with Waters".

That said, I'm in the SF Bay area, and I don't know of anyone off hand. You might try the CASSS (California Separation Science Society) website and check the sponsor list:

There's an evening meeting in about 10 days. I'll ask around.
