N2, O2 CO2 and H2 analysis with HID detector

We performed an analysis for N2, O2, CO2, H2 with carboxen 1010 plot column (25467) by using Agilent 6890 equipped with Helium Ionization Detector and Flame photometric Detector. We made a calibration with a standart gas. And then made a injection with samples (sample includes only N2, O2, CO2, and H2).
There is an area repeatability problem with standart. However there is no
area repeatability problem with samples. %RSD value is in the acceptable
ranges.
Our standart gas includes N2, O2, CO2, H2 and sulphur compunds (SO2, H2S,
Ethyl mercaptan, methyl mercaptan..vs.). There are 10 sulfur compounds in
the standart gas.
Could sulphur compounds effects the repeatability?. Because the samples has
only N2 O2 CO2 and H2 and no problem with them.
