Hi

What do you use as a solvent for fat soluble vitamins HPLC assay analys?

I am waiting your sugestions..
Thanks

Fat soluble vitamins are generally quite hydrophobic. Thus you need high content of organic solvent in the mobile phase. You can use acetonitrile, methanol, or other common solvents with or without small amount of aqueous, depending on the circumstance. Attached are two examples using Acclaim columns for this applications for your reference.
