Let me know the following from the following column specifications: Capillary column AB 624, 30M, 0.53mmID,3 micron and
DB 624 30m, 0.32mmID, 1.8 micron

1) what are the advantages and disadvantages of Capillary column AB 624, and DB 624
2) Is there will be any similarity in both results
3) Which is the most preferred from the above for the solvents Cyclohexane and Methanol

swamyg444,

Both columns have the same stationary phase. The phase ratio for both columns is the same (calculated with Agilent's GC Method Translator);

You should expect therefore similarity between the results gained from both of them
The difference is that the megabore column AB 624 (i.d. 0.53mm) have greater loadability than DB 624 (i.d. 0.32mm). In other words, if you want to gain similar peak heights/areas with both columns, you should inject greater volume of the standard/sample solutions on the megabore (compared to the 0.32mm i.d. column)

Best wishes
