Hi

This may sound little naïve..but I just started working on ion exchange chromatography (for proteins and sugar analysis)…could any one please recommend some good articles which explain retention mechanism of Ion exchange and ion exclusion chromatography (review articles would be helpful..)..any other guidance is welcomed
