We want to characterize recombinant EPO from CHO cells as a glycosylated protein having three N linked and one O-linked glycosylation. Its molecular weight is around 30 kilo Dalton (30KD).

These many things we want to do for EPO:

(1) PMF of Intact protein using one or two enzyme
(a) Maldi –MS
(b) Nano-LC ESI TOF MS
(2) Finding the position of three N-linked and one O- Linked glycosylation site
(3) Average molecular wt of each N and O-linked Glycan chain and Possible Glycan structures on specific N and O-linked Glycan chain
(4) Linkage of N and O-linked Glycan chain or linkage on specific N and O-linked Glycan chain.

Please let me know the cost and time required of each thing separately………if anyone has reference to contract labs which undertake such study please let me know the details regarding the same
