Reaction between eudragit and 4.5 acetate buffer

What are the probable reactions may occur when eudragit coated pellets or tablets will come into contact with 4.5 acetate buffer, is there any chance to form polymerisation?

I am not sure if I understand your question. Eudragit IS a polymer...

thanks, yes eudragit is a polymer but when it is coming in contact with 4.5 acetate buffer some thing is happening for that pellets of sample which is enteric coated by eudragit is sticked in the dissolution vessel so i want to know what is the reaction happening between eudragit and 4.5 acetate buffer.

Possibly the best source of information would be your supplier of eudragit. This is more a polymer chemistry question than it is a chromatography question.

I came across a problem like this with a time release tablet. I don't recall the polymer, but it made a sticky mess with aqueous buffers, and it didn't dissolve after 30 minutes in the sonic bath. I think that was the whole concept of a 12-hour release tablet. Since I was doing assay (not dissolution) I ground the tablet to a fine powder, then dispersed it in a few mL of dry methanol before diluting with aqueous acid.
