Who knows how to analyse benzoic acid anhydride (0.1 % - 1.0 %) in benzoic acid (95 %).
:? :?

GC for benzoic anhydride? sometimes a hammer......

GC is not the best choice. If the anhydride is stable to silylating reagents then you have a chance, but otherwise, TLC, or HPLC are far better choices. Heck, spectroscopy might even be better!
