Dear all,

How does RF and DC play a role during the selection as well as scanning of the precursor ion and product ion in Q1 and Q3 quadrupoles?

Thanks in advance

Very roughly The DC affects the resolution and the RF affects mass asignment.. Hope this is helpful.. Otherwise reply and I'll try a more indepth explanation..
Kind regards

How to change the DC or RF conditions to improve the resolution and mass asignment? could you detail it?

Best regards
