Hi All, at the moment I am trying to collect information about what types of tests should be included in a GC (with HS and autosampler) PQ. This is planned to be an in-house procedure to be carried out in between the periodical PQ carried out by our supplier. Can you please suggest tests (or references to such tests) that should be included to make this PQ as complete as possible? Thanks very much for your help.

In the GC and GC-HS manuals you will find check-out procedures specified by the vendor to verify proper operation after the delivery of the instrument.
This is an excellent opportunity to document a manufacturer specified test to verify the expected performance of an instrument.
I would start there. It has been done before at other industrial labs where I have been employed.
best wishes,
Rod
