Hi to all of you

I am looking for a presentation on strong cation exchange separtion theory
does anyone have an idea ?

moreover I would like to know how to calculate ionic force of a buffer ; how to choose correct buffer for peptide separation on SCX column ? how to develop correct gradient ? etc...
