Carbohydrate analysis

I am looking to analyze cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and pectin in a fiber material. I need to find an extraction procedure to extract these analytes so that they can be quantified by HPLC.

Also where could I get standards of the above analytes?

Thank you in advance for all the help.

You will not be able to dissolve cellulose and lignin for a HPLC-determination.
The methods for these use wet chemistry : Extrakt and hydrolyze everything that is soluble or easily hydrolyzable, like carbohydrates, proteins. From the residue oxidize the lignin and the remainder is cellulose. If you hydrolyze the cellulose with conz. H2SO4 Lignin will remain.
These are the German methods for determination in feedstuff (VDLUFA).
