Hi, everybody,

Is it ok to use very diluted HCl in LC-MS mobile phase? Thanks in advance for any reply.

Regards

Linda
Linda,

HCl is much too corrosive to be allowed to come in contact with stainless steel. I would advise against it for any HPLC work.
