Hi

I would like to ask which type of columns (Reverse phase) could be used for analysis of a protein which has high molecular weight (in my case 150 K.Da.)..?

Have you tried with HPLC SEC for example columns of Toya Soda TSK Series ?

Good luck

Ruben

In general C4 or C5 columns with high porosity (4000 A or so). You can also try non-porous or poroshell columns (i.e. non porous center and just 1 um superficial porous media. You can also try the Agilent macropourous column...

You could also use the ProSwift RP-3U monolith columns. See http://www1.dionex.com/en-us/columns_ac ... 35517.html
