yes it can but like anything else it also depends on the type of system and detectors that you want to control.
provide your local rep. with a list of the instrumentation that you wish to control and they can tell you to what extent you will be able to control it.
from full control to only data acquisition.

any idea can it be possible..?
can i get a 3D spectral analysis from waters fluorescence by using Cromeleon software..??

{P.S.-- i heard Cromeleon software has control over other systems than other chromatography softwares..how true is this??}

3D spectra from FLD? It isn't DAD so i think you couldn't.

K66: Agilent 1100 FLD detector can produce 3D spectra in emission or in excitation mode.

As for the instrument control, you will get usually the best with the manufacturer software (i.e. Chemstation or Millenium). Waters and Agilent has some agreement on mutual control of their instruments, but (according to some posts in this forum) it is not flawless. A third party software may be able to work with devices from different manufacturers, but you should expect some limitations or not supported options. (It is up to you to decide, if you really need them).
