Prime?

I use a Waters 2790 as an autosampler allowing OpenAccess direct infusion to an LCT mass spectrometer.
This has worked well in the past, but recently the 2790 has started to give frequent error messages "Lost prime". Cancelling the error message allows continued operation without any other action. The error message usually occurs at the end of the sample, frequency sometimes approaching every sample!
I've tried a variety of options none of which seem to make much difference. Any thoughts?
Things I've tried.
Wet prime
Dry priming the whole system followed by wet priming.
Changing degasser option, sonicating solvent before running
checking for leak, none found.
Different solvent batches
Thanks.
