GANGLIOSIDE SEPARATION BY HPLC-DAD

I need to find out a mobile phase that could separate GM1, GD1a, GD1b and GT1b using NH2 column from Merck by HPLC-DAD.
I had tried 0,1M H3PO4: acvetonitrile and 10mM amonium acetate:acetonitrile bu the response was too low.
