Hi all!!!
Does anybody have a good and working method for determination of water soluble vitamins in food?

I have a several number of methods, but the problem is that each method gives me a different result.

Thank you for your help :)

Hmmm...

The analysis of water soluble vitamins is nearly as old as HPLC, and there should not be a difference between different methods. Maybe we can help if you elaborate what methods you are using and what the differences are.
