hi

could any one of you suggest me some non-porous C18 and C4 column..

thanks a lot

Imtakt does have a 2um non-porous C18 column. It's called Presto FT-C18.

Non-porous columns do have their place in the world, but please keep in mind that
retention and loading capacity are significantly less with non-porous as opposed to porous ODS phases.

As for the C4 - are you looking for 300A pore size (i.e. protein separation) or are you looking for a C4 for small molecule application?

Hello Rick,

We have a C18 2um non-porous polymeric (PSDVB) column. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested.

hi

we are planning to perform RP-HPLC of a large protein it has Mol.Wt. of about 150 K.Da

so could u recomend some columns for this use

Intrada WP-RP (3um) is a wide pore reversed-phase column that was designed for the separation
of highly hydrophobic proteins. Below are proteins ranging in MWT from 670 kDa to 1046 Da:

Hi,

HALO column could be a good choice for you. You can find more information from the following website:
