Hi,

Does anyone know the binding capacity of Sep-Pak c18 cartridges for peptides?

It depends to a large degree on the retention of the peptide, and it may also depend on the charge state. If it is well retained, I would say that you should be able to load around 3 to 5 mg onto a 100 mg cartridge.
