chlorogenic and ascorbic acids

Want to extract these two from eggplant and analyze them on the same column. Am using a c18 column for the c18 and will use the same for chlorogenic acid. Has anyone done one gradient that elutes both molecules with decent chromatography?

Am using a water/dithiotreitol/hpo3 extraction solution for ascorbic acid.
Will this cocktail extract chlorogenic acid without structural changes?
