i just read in one of the threads a term ---hydrophobic nanopores
could anyone tell me what is hydrophobic nanopores??

what is the significance of hydrophobic nanopores with respect to a reverse phase(or any other) column?? what role it plays in my retention of sample??

i would like to say this was mentioned in one of the thread (it was regarding " Peak tailing and stationary phase chain lenght)

could any one has any idea about of hydrophobic nanopores ???
