Pico.Tag column?

hi
could anyone tell me the details of Pico.Tag column does it uses any special stationary phase chemistry??
and what is the common application of the column?

The Pico.Tag column from Waters is their Nova.Pak column. I'm sorry but I don't have the details of the column chemistry handy but you could probably find that information on the Waters web site.

Most amino acid columns are ordinary columns that have been lot selected and application tested. You can do this yourself if you know what acceptance criteria to use. Just don't call up Waters and complain if it doesn't work.
