pH effect???

hi
does pH of the sample injected matters(or affect) the stationary phase stability???

No single answer to that. If the mobile phase is well-buffered and the sample is small and/or dilute, there should be no problems. If your samples are large / high ionic strength / extreme pH, then a guard cartridge would be a good idea.

hi
i have samples ranging from pH 3 to pH 9, the injection volume for these samples will be 100 microlitmy buffer is ACN+% TFA and water +0.1%TFA??
under these condition can the pH effect stationary phase

A guard is probably a good idea for this case, unless the stationary phase is rated for pH 9.

My guess would be that your biggest problem could be pH incompatibility with resulting bad peak shapes (at the higher sample pH):
