risedronate sodium HPLC

we are using Anion Column for the analysis of Risedronate Sodium to identify and quantify the related substances.

Detector UV @ 264 nm

But the method is facing problems. The column life is very short. Only it is getting less than 250 injections

How can improve my column life

or

Is there any other method for Risedronate

Please help me
