ClassVP (very) basic question?

Hello,
I'm looking for help from somebody skilled in ClassVP (v5) from Shimadzu. I don't know it's just me being too stupid or there's something wrong with our software. Basic things - peak annotations works only with few parameters like retention time, width, height but not with others like asymmetry, width at 50% of height and others, even if I re-analyze chromatogram.
Manual is really uninformative...

in class VP/ezchrom elite some of the annotations will not work unless you specify according to which pharmacopeia you want to use.
you have to go to the method>advanced>column performance.
there at the botton you should have a section for that and you need to specify which one you need to use.
this should solve your problem.
