Is there any method for analysis of crude oil by GC directly? It is possible to inject the oil to GC.

depending on the components you might have make a derivatisation before injecting on the GC. For example fatty acids are to be esterified, but then You can detect them up to at least C36.

I have experience in the analysis of free fatty acid. You can analyse it without derivatisation in water sample if you use a DB-FFAP column with MS. If the amount of acid is a low level use a splitless injection mode

try extracting the oil 0.1g to 10 ml of Dichloromethane, then inject 2ul. You will see the entire C9-C40+ range

I assume you mean petroleum. Look in any column catalog or web site. You will find chromatograms and conditions.
