hi,
in rs calculation of known or unknown impurities could any one give exact calculation procedures with rrf correction
v.l.v

First, I'll assume that you're trying to calculate RS vs. a single main peak and the concentration for that peak as calculated for that same injection.

For unknowns, all you can really do is assume that the response factor is the same as it is for your main peak. A ratio of UKN to Main peak areas will yield a %w/w if their responses are the same (area per conc. unit).

For knowns, either do traditional external standard calculations against a known standard or know what the response ratio for the known is and proceed as above, dividing the area ratio by the unknown's response ratio (RS area/conc. unit divided by Main peak areaa/conc. unit).
Thanks,
DR
