Any advice on the best wash procedure to get sugar syrup out of the HPLC system?
HELP - this is not a SWEET issue.

Yes, we have tried hot water, but it does not remove it all.

Keep pumping. You'll get it eventually. Also - load some sample vials w/ water & do frequent, large injections to get any of it out of the injector plumbing too.

Let me ask this, did you just injected large amounts of sugar syrup or did you try to pump it? Maybe I shouldn't be asking that, but you never know...
If you just injected it, you can dissassemble your injection valve and sonicate the rotor etc...

where in the system? injector needle? injection valve?, column?

The injections are of oral drug syrups that are sucrose based. Due to the impurities quantitation, larger concentration must be injected.
The samples are diluted down with appropriate solvents. Straight sucrose is not being injected.
We have large number of oral drug syrup products that are sucrose based. The use of the systems are showing great signs of carryover.
We are looking for recommendation for the injector wash and the system wash.
I appreciate all the assistance on this. Any suggestion is appreciated.
