Does somebody have a good hplc method for related substances determination in Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium preparation ?Thank you in advance.

You can get detailed information on applications such as this one on the Waters website: www.waters.com. On top of the screen, click on "Library". On the library page select "Seacrh Applications", next select "Search Chemistry e-Applications". Next you select the first letter of your application from the alphabet, here A for Amoxicillin, where you will find several options. Clicking on the application that you want to see, you will be guided to a pdf-file with a chromatogram and detailed information. If you are a first-time user, you need to sign in, but afterwards the website recognizes you and you can browse at your leasure.

please try this method for Amoxicllin.

column: C18, mobile phase: 96:4; H2O: acetonitrile.
flow rate 1.5, for 4-mm x 25-cm column.
detector: uv at 230 nm.
STD concentration: about 1.2 mg per mL.
