ephedrine/pseudoephedrine separation and quantification

I am looking to quantitate ephedrine/pseudoephedrine in a natural product sida cordifolia. Any ideas on the column, conditions etc. that can be used. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I have successfully done semiquants on differentiating methamphetamine, amphetamine, pseudophedr, and ephedrine using Thin Layer Chromatography.

Thanks, but I was looking to use HPLC. Any suggestions on columns, Mobile Phases etc.?

Here's another. Just replace MS/MS with DAD. You might have a problem with interfering peaks with a DAD, but you may get some good ideas.
