do you have some ideas on insulin(gene clone produced ) separation? normally ,when it comes to insulin separation with high/medium
pressure LC,people usually use what packing media?use what mobile phase?and why?

Here is example of separation for three insulins: Humalog, Humulin and Lantus:

I am not aware about any other separation of Humalog and Humulin with LC/MS friendly conditions.
