I like the link, but also it doesn't contain problem solutions that can influence analyses,
like: angry/unsatisfied technician -> disease : buffers with different concentrations and pH compared to those that you have written in his/her list-on-demand,
medicine: be polite, share extra time with he/she during the lunch or invite he/she on dinner in fancy restaurant.
angry boss: -> disease : lower interest for your job (that day), unefficiency and anxiety,
medicine: wether you're responsible for his/her anger or not, you should act fast and precise, be cool and cheerful and don't talk too much for nothing
