Can some one help me in solving my Problem.

I am running reverse phase HPLC methods for the extracts of Hypericum perforatum (St John Wort), and using Methanol and Phosphoric acid in gradient run. But unfortunately I am getting nothing.

Show us a chromatogram of your "nothing" and the gradient conditions. The active component of St. John's Wort is hypericin, which is intensely colorful. I suspect an instrument problem, but without more information, I can't say more.
