Can anybody tell me mass spectrometric parameters for lamivudine?

That depends on what type and brand of mass spec you are using, what ionization source you are using, what chromatography system you are using, etc. Maybe you can do a little method development and find out what parameters work best for your system.

We have Bruker's LC-MS having APCI and ESI ionisation modes with quadrapule and TOF analysers.
