Column Compensation w/ Chemstation

Can a column comp be done using the chemstation software or is it only done from the keypad on the GC. I have a 5890 series II with A.9 chemstation software.

It can be done using ChemStation too.

You can find the procedure here. The document is meant for 6890 but it will work for 5890 also.
