Use Waters Atlantis dC18 column
see Waters's 2006-2007 catalog, Page 80
You can get detailed information on applications such as this one on the Waters website: www.waters.com. On top of the screen, click on "Library". On the library page select "Seacrh Applications", next select "Search Chemistry e-Applications". Next you select the first letter of your application from the alphabet, here A for Amoxicillin, where you will find several options. Clicking on the application that you want to see, you will be guided to a pdf-file with a chromatogram and detailed information. If you are a first-time user, you need to sign in, but afterwards the website recognizes you and you can browse at your leasure.
Hope this helps!
