Fisons GC8130 oven problem

Hello everybody

I'm writing here because I'm not able to find out an oven flapper motor assembly mounted over a Fisons Instruments GC8130.
I've already disassembled the motor assembl and tested the motor itself wich is ok (functional). The motor is a Micro motors with planetary gear working at 12V dc.
I think the problem arise with the little electronic board included in the assy.
This piece of electronics I think convert some signal coming from the logic board to drive the motor itself.
It is identified by a label: MCN910.
It contains 3 capacitors, 1 resistor and an hybrid circuit ...

Could anyone help me on find out this electronics board or the complete assy ?

Thanks in advance

Dear MSD5970
The oven flap motor in the 8000 series GC like the Agilent GCS from that era all suffer from the same problem. The stepper motor that drives the flap builds up carbon on the rotor that eventually stops it running. Later GCs had a more sophisticated driver that was designed to clean the rotor during use to avoid the problem and increase life. Your problem may however be different as spinning the motor out of the GC usually is enough to clean the rotor and keep it working for a few more months. Ultimately they do wear out and need replacing. You should contact your local agent, if you do not know who they are and are unable to locate them call the factory in Milan on 02 950-591
