can anybody tell me a method which will simultaneously determine lamivudine, zidovudine and nevirapine.
and which will be the prefered pH.

I suggest a silica HILIC column (Atlantis HILIC). Start off with a gradient from 90% acetonitrile to 50% acetonitrile. Then narrow the gradient and/or adjust the pH.
I used ammonnium acetate and MeOH in gradient.
flow rate 0.4 ml/min in UPLC.
column : Acquity BEH C18, 2.1x50mm,1.7um.
and analysis time was 4 min.

e-mail to me, I will give you more information
